The show site at Mission Resort + Club is about 8/10 of a mile from the hotel lobby and the rooms. Once you get to the show area, you will have access to an air-conditioned clubhouse with restrooms, restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
Options for getting from your room to the show:
- If you are able and enjoy walking, it’s a beautiful flat trek on a paved path. The walk is just under a mile each way. This might work for you if you aren’t worried about keeping a dog clean and/or if you don’t have much to carry.
- Drive your own auto. There will be plenty of parking right at ringside. You can come and go as you need to.
- Take the hotel shuttle, which will be available as needed continuously during show hours and on call after show hours. Dogs will be allowed on board.
- Rent a golf cart that can be used anywhere on Mission Resort property except the courses. You must use their carts if you play (and the golf courses are off limits unless you are playing).
Here is what you need to know if you’d like to rent a cart:
- Carts must be reserved and prepaid via the master registration form by September 30. Sorry, no refunds can be made after you submit your MRF and payment.
- The rental company will deliver the carts to the show site.
- Carts will be available for your use after 5 PM Monday, November 3 until events conclude Saturday, November 8.
- All cart rentals are for November 3-8. If you aren’t there all week, we will have your keys for you whenever you arrive and collect the keys and cart when you depart.
- 2-seat cart rentals are $225
- 4-seat cart rentals are $250
- You must follow resort rules and signage for parking and driving your cart. No rental carts are allowed on either golf course at the Mission Resort. These golf carts are not street legal for use off the Mission Resort property.
- By renting, you are accepting responsibility for any damages to your cart during the Specialty.
- There is a limited number available, so we recommend submitting your MRF early.
