You can also get it for your phone from your App Store or Google Play Store. For best results, use a computer.
Indicate the quantity for each event you want to attend or item you want to purchase. The form will calculate a total for you. Be sure to click in the “Total Due” space to update your total when you are done.
Save the form to your computer, and then:
- Print and mail with a check
- Attach the completed form to an email and send to BOTH the email addresses listed on the form. Then, log into PayPal send your total amount due to 2025bccatreas@gmail.com.

Things to note:
- Forms are due by 9 PM Eastern Time on September 30.
- Up to two people can register on one form.
- More details about each event and meal are on the specialty website.
- Please reserve your spot if you plan to attend, even if an event is free. This will help us with catering orders.
- There is a one welcome bag per person limit at this time. We may make more available if we can. You may order a bag if you are not attending the National.
